Marisol Nichols portrays Sarah Monohan in The Gates, a supernatural drama about a picturesque gated community and the dark secrets that lurk beneath its surface. A good mom to her two kids, Charlie and Dana, and supportive wife of her police chief husband, Nick, Sarah works hard to assimilate herself and her family into everyday life in The Gates.

Best known on television for her recent role as CTU employee Nadia Yassir in the sixth season of "24," Nichols also played Sonya Quintano in "In Justice" and Victoria Santiago in the acclaimed "Resurrection Blvd." Other television credits include a recurring stint on "Cold Case" and roles on "Charmed," "Nip/Tuck" and "Law & Order: SVU."

Film work includes a breakout role as Audrey Griswold in "Vegas Vacation," with Chevy Chase, "Delta Farce" with Larry the Cable Guy, and "Big Momma's House 2" with Martin Lawrence. Other film credits include "Scream 2" and "Can't Hardly Wait."

Nichols' performances have earned her three ALMA Award nominations, most recently for her work on "24."
